          - แสง / ลม / เย็น -โครงการมีการออกแบบพื้นที่ปิดล้อมของการใช้งานให้เกิดมิติการทับซ้อนของพื้นที่โดยเจ้าของโครงการมีความต้องการที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวและมีการใช้งานฟังก์ชั่นที่ลงตัว

          โดยสถาปนิกมีแนวความคิดทางการออกแบบหลัก และมีการแบ่งสัดส่วนของการใช้งานอย่างชัดเจนตรงไปตรงมาซึ่งการออกแบบแนวความคิดนี้มีการถ่ายทอดนิยาม ของคำ 3 คำ ออกมาคือ  "แสง - ลม - เย็น" ทำให้เกิดเป็นอัตลักษณ์ของรูปแบบโครงการจากการออกแบบดังกล่าว  จึงเป็นที่มาของ BAAN LOM YEN

           The project has designed an enclosed area of use to create an overlapping dimension of space where the project owner has its own unique requirements and implemented the corresponding functions.

           The architect has a main design concept ,and the portioning is clearly divided. The conceptual design conveys the definition these three words are "light - wind - cold". Therefore, the design creates the identity of project style. Therefore, it is the origin of BAAN LOM YEN.
