          การออกแบบพื้นที่ที่อยู่อาศัยที่เหมาะกับการใช้ชีวิตในปัจจุบันที่ห่างไกลจากความวุ่นวายของตัวเมืองและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตแห่งการพักผ่อนและการอยู่อาศัยอย่างดีท่ามกลางบรรยากาศธรรมชาติ โดยการออกแบบผสมผสานความรู้สึกระหว่างรูปแบบบ้านปัจจุบันและความเป็นฟาร์มเฮ้าส์สไตล์อังกฤษ เน้นแสดงถึงความรู้สึกอบอุ่น เป็นที่อยู่ที่เรียบง่าย ไม่ยุ่งยากเพื่อให้เข้ากับบรรยากาศของที่ตั้งโครงการ (สนามกล์อฟ) หลังคาสูงโปร่งระบายความร้อนได้ดีตามแบบฉบับพื้นถิ่น และตัวอาคารยังคงแสดงให้เห็นถึงอัตลักษณ์ที่ชัดเจนตามแบบฉบับบ้านฟาร์มเฮ้าส์
