          - CLOSE TO OPEN - "บ้านที่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวแต่ผู้อยู่อาศัยยังคงรับรู้สภาวะรอบข้างได้เป็นอย่างดี" เพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัวจากผู้คนภายนอกแต่ยังคงไว้ซึ่งการรับรู้สภาวะแวดล้อมรอบข้างและเป็นภาวะอยู่สบายกับตัวผู้อยู่อาศัยภายใน เป็นการออกแบบผสมผสานพื้นที่และแบ่งสัดส่วนการใช้งานอย่างลงตัว ภายใต้แนวความคิด "CLOSE TO OPEN ปิดเพื่อเปิด"

          โดยมีส่วนปิดทึบเพื่อบังสายตาของผู้คนภายนอกและส่วนโล่งสำหรับการรับรู้ของผู้อยู่อาศัยภายในและได้รับแสงธรรมชาติตามความสัมพันธ์ของพื้นที่ใช้งานอย่างลงตัว และยังทรอดแทรกพื้นที่สีเขียวได้อย่างเหมาะสมเพิ่มอัตลักษณ์ของตัวโครงการเพื่อให้พื้นที่ทุกส่วนของตัวบ้านเป็นของผู้อยู่อาศัยอย่างแท้จริง

           - CLOSE TO OPEN - Increase privacy from people outside but still maintain the awareness of the surrounding environment and being comfortable with the residents inside. It is a design that combines space and divides the use perfectly under the concept of "CLOSE TO OPEN"

           With a blackout part to hide the sight of people outside and an open part for the perception of the residents inside and get natural light according to the relationship of the space used perfectly And also inserting green space properly, increasing the identity of the project so that every area of the house truly belongs to the residents.
